4. Service Fees and Refund Policy

Prices may be adjusted with prior notice
Purchased points are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase
Each AI interpretation consumes 5 points

4.2 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

Unused point packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase
Partially used packages will be refunded proportionally
Points may be refunded if services are unavailable due to technical issues
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 1-7 business days

4.3 Refund Restrictions

Refunds will not be provided for:

Used points
Purchases made more than 7 days ago
Accounts restricted due to terms violation
Points obtained through irregular channels

5. Intellectual Property and License

All Content and the underlying Platform are owned by Us or Our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to Your compliance with these Terms, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and the Content solely for Your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not include any right to:

Modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Content or Platform.
Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
Use the Service or the Content other than for its intended purpose.
